Method for making Spinach Fritters:

First, wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and drain the water, removing the stems. Then, take gram flour in a large bowl and add carom seeds, red chili powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, and salt.
After this, gradually add water to make a thick batter, but make sure the batter is not too thin; it should be kept slightly thick.
Now, heat oil in a pan. The oil should be heated well over low heat. Now, dip each spinach leaf in the gram flour batter so that the leaf is completely covered. Then, carefully put the batter-coated spinach leaves into the hot oil. Keep flipping the pakoras and frying them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Once the pakoras are well-fried, remove them from the pan and place them on a tissue paper to drain the excess oil.
Then, transfer them to a plate and serve the hot spinach pakoras with green chutney or tomato sauce and enjoy! You can also serve these pakoras with tea.
