Learn the complete method of preparation:

To make Sooji Crispy Snacks, first, take one to two cups of semolina. Put it in a grinder with some water and grind it well. When it is ground, it will form a paste. Transfer this paste to a bowl.

Now take a pan and heat some oil in it. As soon as the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, red chili flakes, asafoetida, and salt and sauté everything well. Add a little water while sautéing.

Now, as soon as the mixture in the pan boils well, add the semolina paste from the bowl to it and then let everything cook thoroughly. You are making not only a tasty but also a healthy evening snack, so to make it even more nutritious, you can mix in some fresh fenugreek leaves. Mash them well. You need to add about one cup of mashed fenugreek leaves. If you don’t have fenugreek leaves, you can also use fresh coriander leaves, spinach, or dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) in this snack.

Now, once the mixture you’ve prepared has cooled down, add all the spices to enhance the flavor. Once you’ve added all the spices, you need to shape it.

You need to give this snack the shape of namak pare (savory diamond-shaped crackers). Once you’ve shaped all the mixture into namak pare, take a pan.

Heat oil in the pan, then fry the namak pare-shaped snacks in this oil until they become crispy. Once fried, take them out onto a plate and enjoy them with tea. The best part is that you can also store this snack.
