Aloo Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (preferably whole wheat or white)
- 2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
- 1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Butter or ghee for grilling
- Optional: Cheese slices, cucumber, or lettuce for extra flavour.
Instructions

First, you need potatoes to make the aloo sandwich. Take the potatoes, boil them, and then mash the boiled potatoes.
Now, chop the onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves finely. Add these chopped ingredients to the mashed potatoes. Then, add cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
Mix all the spices thoroughly.
You can also add extra ingredients if you like. For example, you can include paneer, cucumber, peas, and other such ingredients.
Next, it’s time for the sandwich filling. Take two slices of bread and cut them into a triangle shape. Now, you need to fill the sandwich.
For the filling, spread the mashed aloo mixture inside the bread. After that, if you like, you can also add a slice of cheese on top of the filling (this is optional).
Now, it’s time to grill the sandwich. For this, apply ghee or oil on the sandwich. Place a pan on the stove and then put the sandwich with ghee or oil in the pan for grilling. Cook the sandwich on both sides until it becomes lightly brown and crispy.
