New Delhi: Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the state’s political temperature is soaring. Accusations, counter-accusations, and bizarre statements by leaders are going viral on social media. Amidst this, Sanjay Nishad, a cabinet minister in the UP government and president of the Nishad Party,y has sparked a fresh debate with a controversial statement.

Sanjay Nishad urged members of the Nishad community to vote for his party so that he could work towards the protection and development of the community’s women. He asserted that if the public supported him, no one would dare cast a hostile glance at the people of the Nishad community. Furthermore, he advised people to chop off the hand of anyone who dared to raise it against them. This statement, made during a public rally, is going viral on social media.

Sanjay Lashes Out at SP and BSP

Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad also fiercely targeted the SP and BSP. Speaking at a public rally, he called upon everyone to vote in the upcoming elections, promising to work for the people’s welfare thereafter. He then levelled serious allegations against the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party.

Questioning the reaction to his remarks, he asked what exactly he had said that was causing such a stir on social media. He noted that their community constitutes 18 per cent of the population. He urged them to carry the party’s flag to every household, stating that if they desired education and jobs for their children and wanted to safeguard their daughters’ honour, they should wave the Nishad Party flag.

He declared that no one would dare look at them with hostility. He added that if anyone still dared to raise a hand against them, they had authorisation to break and sever that person’s hand; he promised to arrange for their bail from jail. “That is why I say: pick up the Nishad Party flag. It represents jobs for your children and honour for your daughters; this flag is a guarantee of your safety and dignity,” he said.

Sanjay Nishad Lashes Out at Opposition

Sanjay Nishad, a minister in the UP government, advised people not to welcome any other party if it arrives in their neighbourhood carrying its flag. He stated that as long as the public continues to wave the flags of other parties, the Nishad community will remain subject to exploitation, and the job opportunities meant for the youth will continue to be usurped. Therefore, he urged people to raise the Nishad Party’s flag to ensure that the flags of the dishonest do not fly.
