Royal Enfield has officially launched its first electric motorcycle in India, marking the company’s entry into the EV segment. The new Flying Flea C6 comes with a starting ex-showroom price of ₹2.79 lakh. Buyers can also choose the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option, which lowers the on-road price to around ₹1.97 lakh. After a long wait, the company has finally revealed all details of its first battery-powered bike. The motorcycle will be available from 10 April 2026 at the first Flying Flea store located in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Bookings and sales will begin from 12 PM onwards.
Flying Flea C6 features and Designs
Flying Flea C6 comes with a stylish design that perfectly blends retro charm with modern technology. The electric bike features a newly developed forged aluminium cage frame, making it both lightweight and strong for better performance on city roads. The motorcycle will be available in two eye-catching colours — Storm Black and Flea Green. One of its standout highlights is the classic girder fork suspension, a rare feature in today’s modern bikes. According to Royal Enfield, this suspension setup improves handling, comfort, and stability, especially during daily city rides and traffic conditions.
Modern Features
Flying Flea C6 is packed with several advanced modern features for a smart riding experience. The bike gets a new round touchscreen display powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, along with voice commands, navigation, and smartphone connectivity. It also offers keyless start/stop, wireless phone connection, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. For safety and performance, the motorcycle includes cornering ABS, traction control, and two riding modes — Sport and Individual.
Battery and Speed
Flying Flea C6 comes with a 3.91 kWh lithium-ion battery paired with a 15.4 kW electric motor. The motor generates 60 Nm of torque, offering smooth and powerful performance for daily rides. The electric bike can reach a top speed of 115 km/h, making it suitable for both city and highway travel. On a full charge, the motorcycle delivers a real-world riding range of around 110 km in city conditions, according to the company’s claimed figures.
Flying Flea C6 offers three charging modes, which are fast, normal, and slow. It can be charged using a standard 16A home socket, making it easy for daily use. With fast charging, the battery goes from 20% to 80% in just a little over 60 minutes. The company also claims that every minute of charging gives around 1 km of riding range. This makes the bike practical and convenient for both city riders and short daily commutes.
