According to the recent report, Robert Vadra is facing the huge trouble these days. As the Enforcement Directorate ED has filed a chargesheet against him in the gurugram land scam case. In response, congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticized the central government. He posted on X saying, “The government has been harassing my brother-in-law for the past ten years. Again this new chargesheet is just another part of the conspiracy. He wrote that he stand with Robert, priyanka and their children. As they are facing the yet another attack of politically motivated defamation and harassment.

Chargesheet Filed Against Robert Vadra

On his post, he also wrote they are all strong enough to face such challenges and will continue to do so with the dignity. Rahul Gandhi expressed confidence that truth will eventually win. This statement highlights the ongoing tension between congress party and Bhartiya Janta Party. Report says, that Robert Vadra and his companies, including skylight hospitality Pvt.Ltd. are in the legal trouble as 43 of their immovable properties have been seized. In 2008, vadra’s company bought 3.53 acres of land in shikhopur, gurugram for the rs.7.5crore. according  to the allegations, the same land was later sold for the Rs.58 crore Without completing the proposed project. The enforcement directorate ED has named Robert Vadra as an accused in its chargesheet. In connection with this case, the ED Questioned Vadra for over 18 hours. Besides vadra, several congress leaders from Haryana were also questioned. The case is part of a broader investigation into a land scam involving illegal profits through land deals. The central agencies claim the transactions were not transparent and violated rules. As per the reports, this has added to the political tension, with the congress calling the case politically motivated, while the government insists it is lawful investigation into financial irregularities.

As per the reports, on 1st of September 2018, gurugram police filed an FIR No.288 alleging that Robert vadra, through his company skylight hospitality pvt. Ltd., he fraudulently purchased 3.53 acres of land in shikhopur village in sector 83 gurugram. The land was bought from omkareshwar properties pvt ltd. On 12th of February 2008. Vadra is accused of submitting false documents and using his personal influence to get a commercial license for the land. On 16th of july 2025, the provisional attachment order, seizing 43 immovable properties worth rs.37.64 crore linked to Robert vadra and his company.
