Said this about Yoga Day
PM Modi talked about International Yoga Day in PM Modi Mann Ki Baat program, he said that International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June, in which millions of people from India and abroad participate, it started 10 years ago, since then lakhs of people have joined it and do yoga in daily life, while referring to yoga in Visakhapatnam, he said that more than 300000 people have set an example by doing yoga together on the seashore in Visakhapatnam.
“Chalo Bulawa Aaya Hai”
PM Modi has wished people for religious pilgrimages in PM Modi Mann Ki Baat, he said that whenever a traveler goes for a pilgrimage, the first thing that comes to his mind is “Chalo Bulawa Aaya Hai”. More people are engaged in serving the pilgrimage than the number of people who go for the pilgrimage, he said that the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra has been started after a very long time.
Kailash is the center of faith in Hindu, Buddhist, Jain tradition, this religious journey is a medium to connect with God with discipline of the body, purification of mind, mutual love and brotherhood, be it Orissa, Gujarat or any corner of the country, lakhs of devotees participate in these pilgrimages. PM Modi said this on the murder of the Constitution
In Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi talked about the murder of the Constitution. He said that those who imposed the Emergency not only murdered our Constitution but also wanted to keep our judiciary as their slave. They tortured people on a large scale but even after this, the public won. The Emergency was removed and those who imposed it lost.
Eri Silk of Meghalaya
PM Modi while talking about Eri Silk of Meghalaya in Mann Ki Baat said that Eri Silk has got G-tag in Meghalaya. Eri Silk is the heritage of Meghalaya which has been preserved by the tribal Khasi community here. Eri Silk is made by silkworms but the worms are not killed to obtain this silk, hence Eri Silk of Meghalaya is also very good for the global market and it is warm in winters and cool in summers.
