Ingredients
- Flour
- Ghee
- Salt
- Fresh green peas
- Oil
- Fennel seeds
- Coriander seeds
- Ginger paste
- Cumin powder
- Red chili powder
- Garam masala
- Amchoor powder
Method of cooking

First, you need to make the dough for the kachori. To make the dough, mix ghee and salt into the flour according to your preference and make a soft dough. Let this soft dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now, take a pan and place it on the stove over a low flame. Add oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, add fennel seeds and coriander seeds.
Now add the ginger paste. Then add the fresh green peas. Cook this mixture until the peas become soft.
Once the mixture is soft, add chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchoor powder, and salt. Cook it well. Cook this until all the spices are properly mixed.
Now, take the dough you prepared and divide it into small, round portions. After dividing, shape each portion into a round disc, just like a kachori. Now, fill each disc with the prepared mixture.
Once all the kachoris are filled and ready, heat oil in a pan. Then, fry the kachoris one by one until they are cooked through. Once the kachoris are properly cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
You can enjoy these matar kachoris with potato curry and chutney. Your matar kachori recipe is now ready!
