Pahalgam Attack , Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Japanese Defence Minister Nakatani met in Delhi today to discuss the Pahalgam attack issue, where issues like terrorism and defence cooperation were discussed.
Pahalgam Attack: After the Pahalgam terrorist attack on April 22, tension continues between India and Pakistan, due to which India has taken many big steps against Pakistan, the Indian government has made its agenda clear that it wants to eradicate terrorism from its roots and does not want to have any relationship with Pakistan which gives shelter to terrorists.

Due to this many Pakistani citizens were expelled from India and meanwhile the army’s fighter jets were also seen preparing for war, after this the entry of Pakistani ships was prohibited at all the ports of India, after which Pakistan also stopped allowing Indian ships to come to its port, the tension between the two countries is at its peak.
In such a situation Japan has extended its hand to support India, a meeting was held between India’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Japan’s Defense Minister Nakatani in Delhi on Monday, in which many important issues were discussed, in which terrorism was the main issue, along with this issues like defense and cooperation were discussed and military agreement was also discussed.

In the Pahalgam attack case, a meeting was held between the Defence Ministers of India and Japan in Delhi in which many issues were discussed, including regional and international security, as well as military agreements. In this meeting, discussions were held on increasing bilateral defence cooperation. Meanwhile, Rajnath Singh has posted a social media post in which he has given information about this meeting.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has posted on social media regarding the bilateral talks held in Pahalgam attack case, in which he has written “Glad to meet Japanese Defence Minister General Nakatani in New Delhi. India and Japan have a special strategic and global partnership. Defence cooperation and regional security were discussed during the meeting.
Both sides condemned terrorism in all its forms and stressed the need to enhance cooperation and efforts to counter threats on the border.” Along with this, he has thanked the Japanese Defence Minister and the Japanese Government for supporting India in the Pahalgam attack case and appreciated their contribution in improving the defence relations between India and Japan.

In the Pahalgam attack case, Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba also spoke to PM Modi over the phone and promised to support India against terrorism. He said that both countries are united against terrorism and Japan will give its full support against this terrorism.
