CTM stands for – Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturizing.
Cleansing
Cleansing removes all the dust and dullness from our face. Here’s how to cleanse your face:
First, choose the right product according to your skin type.
Then, massage the product gently on your face.
After massaging, clean your face with a wet cotton pad.
Toning
Toner helps minimize open pores and provides hydration to your face.
Moisturizer
Now, it’s time for the moisturizer. Moisturizer keeps your face well-hydrated.
After completing the CTM routine, we will move on to the next steps:
Scrub and Massage – Give your face a good scrub and massage. Steam – After the scrub, steam your face. This will help open your pores and make the clean-up more effective. Whiteheads and Blackheads Removal – After steaming, remove any whiteheads and blackheads.
Hot Wet Cotton Application – Apply hot, wet cotton to your face to soothe and open pores further. Then, place round-shaped cotton on your eyes and spray toner on it.
Leave it for 15-20 Minutes – Let it stay for 15-20 minutes. Steam Again – After this time, steam your face again.
Face Pack Application – After steaming, apply a face pack and leave it on for 10 minutes.
Massage with Distilled Water – After removing the face pack, spray distilled water on your face and massage it gently.
Clean with Wet Cotton – After massaging, clean your face with wet cotton.
