Renault will launch its third-generation Duster SUV on January 26, 2026, marking its global debut on Republic Day. The SUV is built on the CMF-B platform, which is used by Renault cars globally and in Asia, making it safer and offering better handling capabilities.

The design of Renault Duster is going to be very special, it will have wide wheel arches, heavy cladding and already better ground clearance, due to which it will maintain its ability to run on rough roads. It will be presented with a very strong look. Its design will be inspired by the ‘Bigster’ concept, in which ‘Y’ shaped LED DRLs and tail lamps will be available. It is powered by a 1.3-liter turbo petrol and a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine, with the 1.3-liter turbo petrol engine producing 156 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque. A hybrid engine is also expected in the future.
Pricing and Competition
The new Renault Duster is expected to launch with a starting ex-showroom price of ₹10 lakh, though the on-road price will be higher as it will include RTO and insurance charges, so prices may vary depending on your city and state. Upon launch, it will compete with leading SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Tata Curve.
