The government announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakhs
In the New Delhi Railway Station Stampede incident, the government had announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakhs. The families of the victims of this incident were asked to be given a compensation of Rs 10 lakhs each, which was announced by the railway. It was said that people seriously injured in the accident would be given Rs 2.5 lakhs and those who were minorly injured would be given Rs 1,00,000. But the petitioner said that no compensation has been given to any of them yet.
