Accoding to the recent reports, BJP Leader and Famous actor Mithun Chakraborty has filed a demfamation Case worth Rs.100 crore against TMC Spokesperson Kunal Ghosh recentlly. Mithun has accused Kunal Ghosh of making the fakse claims by linking his name with he chit fund scam and saying that his entry into the BJP Was only for selfish reasons. Mithun also alleged that ghosh spread wrong rumors about his son to damage his family’s reputation. According to Mithun, These statements have hurt his image in society and caused him so much mental stress. To take the legal action, Mithun has deposited a court fee of Rs.50,000. In his petition, he has also requested the court to stop kunal ghosh from making such defamatory remarks in the future. The case is now officially registered and the hearing on this matter is expected to take place next week. The Outcome of this case could have major poitical and personal implications.

Explaining the delay, he mentioned that his lawyer, ayan chakraborty has been unwell, which is why the notice has not yet been sent. Kunal Ghosh emphasized that legal action has been taken from his side as well, and the matter is not one-sided.
