Traffic jam

Delhi NCR: There was a traffic jam due to the crowd that gathered to welcome Nawab Singh Nagar, the regional president for Western UP, in Ghaziabad, clashing with Delhi. The traffic jam was so severe that people started sweating while crossing it. Traffic police and CIBIL police also had to work hard to clear the jam. Once it seemed that the traffic jam in the city would not be eased till the evening, but as soon as Netaji’s convoy passed, the traffic jam cleared smoothly.

The BJP recently appointed Nawab Singh Nagar as the regional president for Western UP during a meeting of its executive committee.

All-Out Effort for the Welcome

Nawab Singh Nagar was welcomed at multiple locations upon his arrival on Wednesday. Aspiring candidates vying for a BJP ticket put their full strength into the reception. City MLA Sanjeev Verma, accompanied by his supporters, welcomed the Regional President near the bypass cut on NH-9 in Vijaynagar.

Meanwhile, BJP City President Mayank Goyal and local party workers accorded a grand welcome to the Regional President near Inmantec College on NH-9.

Traffic Halted for 30 Minutes

Traffic on NH-9 ground to a halt as a massive crowd of party workers gathered to welcome the BJP’s Western UP Regional President. At one point, it seemed the jam might take hours to clear, but traffic and civil police managed to restore the flow of vehicles after considerable effort. Number of Contenders Set to Rise: An increase in the number of aspirants seeking a BJP ticket for the UP Assembly elections is likely.

Neeraj Singisis is also entrusted with a major responsibility

He will focus on promoting young leaders while balancing regional and social dynamics alongside the party’s experienced leaders. Before Neeraj, the position of Vice President in the BJP team was held by Pankaj Singh, Rajnath Singh’s elder son and Neeraj Singh’s brother. Pankaj Singh is currently the MLA representing the Noida constituency.
