- Paneer: 1 cup
- Rice flour: 3 tablespoons
- Bell pepper (Capsicum): 1, finely chopped
- Onion: 1, finely chopped
- Green chili: 1, finely chopped
- Coriander powder: ½ teaspoon
- Gram flour (Besan): 1 cup
- Cabbage: 1 cup, finely chopped
- Carrot: 1, grated
- Coriander leaves2
- Sweet corn: ½ cup
- Water: As required
- Salt: As per taste
- Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
- Oil: As required
Method of Cooking In Detail

To make Paneer Pancake, first, chop all the vegetables. Chop the onion, tomato, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, sweet corn, and any other vegetables finely.
Now, in the chopped vegetables, add the gram flour (besan), a little rice flour, and all the spices like coriander powder, black pepper powder, and coriander leaves.
Next, grate the paneer and add it to the vegetable and flour mixture. Then, add salt to taste. Gradually add water to make a thick batter.
Now, turn on the gas and heat a non-stick pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, pour the batter into the pan and shape it into a circle to form the pancake. Cook on both sides until it is well-cooked.
