How to make Masala Dosa

To make the dosa batter, first, wash the rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds thoroughly. Then soak them in water for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
After soaking, grind the mixture with a little water to make a smooth batter. The batter should not be too thin or too thick. Add salt to the batter according to taste and cover it, then keep it in a warm place for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Masala (Potato Curry) Preparation Method
First, take a pan and heat some oil in it on the gas stove. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds to it. When the mustard seeds start to splutter, add curry leaves.
Now add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger and sauté until they turn light golden brown. After that, add turmeric powder, then add the boiled potatoes and mix well. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now your filling for the dosa is ready.
Complete Method for Making Masala Dosa
First, heat a griddle and clean it by sprinkling some water on it. Now take a griddle and grease it with a little oil. Then, using a ladle, pour the batter onto the center of the griddle and spread it in a circular motion to form a round shape.
After that, let the dosa cook on low heat until it becomes crispy. Once the dosa is cooked, place the potato filling in the center and fold it in half. Lightly cook it again for a short time. Finally, serve the hot masala dosa with coconut chutney and sambar and enjoy!
