The company sold 3,490 commercial vehicles weighing less than 2 tonnes, up from 2,580 units in May 2025. This translated into an impressive 35% year-on-year growth. In the 2-tonne to 3.5-tonne category, Mahindra sold 20,589 units during the month, registering a solid 16% increase compared to the same period last year. Strong Growth in Export Business
Mahindra & Mahindra also posted strong growth in its export business during May 2026. The company exported a total of 5,000 vehicles during the month, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and three-wheelers. This was a significant increase compared to the 3,646 units exported in May 2025. As a result, Mahindra recorded an impressive 37% year-on-year growth in exports. The sharp rise reflects growing demand for Mahindra vehicles in international markets and highlights the company’s expanding global presence.
