According t the reports, cloudbursts happened in the regions of Himachal Pradesh, where due to the cloudbursts and heavy rainfall landslides blocked the roads and the major highways. This is causing some serious problems in the kullu region. Debris piled up due to the strong water flow in the region. As per the reports, in kangra District of Himachal Pradesh continues rain and a cloudbursts triggered landslides, damaging several vehicles and homes too. some of the regions in Himachal Pradesh is facing some serious issues after this landslides.
Many of the parts of North India also, experiencing Heavy Rainfall these days. Where in the chamoli region of Uttarakhand district, 50 workers trapped in an avalanche were rescued, but four of them dies on saturday. Although, the rescue teams are working for it to rescue all the workers safely. they are working hard to save the remaining five workers.
4 Workers Die in Uttarakhand
Parts of Delhi, Rajasthan, and Himachal Pradesh received rain on Saturday. In Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district, an avalanche struck a Border Roads Organization (BRO) camp in Mana village on Friday, burying 55 workers under snow. By Saturday, 50 had been rescued, but four of them died. Rescue teams are still searching for the remaining five workers.
Roads Blocked in Himachal
Due to this heavy Cloudbursts in the Himachal, the water supply has also disrupted. According to the reports, 279 water supply schemes have been affected. Water shortage in the area becoming problematic for the people. Authorities are working upon all the affected factors in the regions of himachal pradesh right now. Continuous Rainfall for two days seeming like a big challenges for the authorities. They are working to restore roads, water supply and power cuts. But due to the heavy rainfall in the area authorities are facing the challenges. Reports Suggesting, that the cloudburts in the kullu region of himachal pradesh has caused some real destructions in the area. Where flash flood came out and some of the vehicles swept away, and some of the cars buried under the debris. according to the reports, almost 8 vehicles destroyed due to this heavy flash flood. Some of the houses are on the verge to be buried under the debris due to the heavy cloudburst. According to the reports, the rescue and restoration efforts and work are underway to clear roads and highways. To assure the People’s safety in the region authorities are working upon the things to restore normalcy.
