What is Lado Protsahan Yojana 2024?
Lado Protsahan Yojana 2024 has been started by the Government of Rajasthan. Earlier, an amount of ₹ 50000 was given as incentive at the time of birth of daughters in Rajasthan, which was given under the Rajshree scheme, now this scheme has been changed to Lado Protsahan Yojana and the amount has been increased to ₹ 100000, now girls born in Rajasthan will get ₹ 100000. This amount will be given to the girls in the form of seven installments, which will be available when the girl turns 21 years old.
Objective of the scheme
Lado Protsahan Yojana 2024 aims to promote the birth of daughters in Rajasthan and make them self-reliant by giving them financial assistance so that their family can be helped in their education and marriage expenses and daughters can become self-reliant by getting educated.
What is the benefit
Under Lado Protsahan Yojana 2024, the benefit is given to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Backward Class citizens living in Rajasthan, in this the girls are given money in seven installments, in which as the first installment, when the girl enters class VI, she is given an amount of ₹ 6000, the benefit of the second installment is given in the form of ₹ 8000 on entering class IX.
As the third installment, an amount of ₹10,000 is given on admission in class 10th, as the fourth installment an amount of ₹12,000 is given on admission in class 11th and as the fifth installment an amount of ₹14,000 is given on admission in class 12th, as the sixth installment an amount of ₹50,000 is given on admission in the final year of Graduation and as the seventh installment an amount of ₹1,00,000 is given when the girl turns 21 so that there is no obstacle in the marriage of the girl.

- the benefit of this scheme is given to the daughters of Scheduled Caste
- Scheduled Tribe and other categories, to take advantage of this scheme you must have an identity card

- to take advantage of this scheme, no person in the family should be an income tax payer.
