The 20th installment of Ladli Behna Yojana has been released by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, on 12 January 2025 from Kala Peepal, Shajapur, in which an amount of Rs 1250 will be given to the Ladli sisters.
What is Ladli Behna Yojana?
Ladli Behna Yojana is a scheme of the Madhya Pradesh government which was started in 2023 by the former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan, in which an amount of Rs 1250 was given to the women of the state. Earlier this amount was 1000, which has later been increased to Rs 1250.
Madhya Pradesh CM Mohanlal Yadav has today announced the release of its 20th installment, in which Rs 1250 will be debited directly in the account of women, through this scheme an attempt is made to empower women financially so that they do not depend on anyone for their livelihood and can live their life by being self-reliant.
An amount of Rs 1250 will be sent to the accounts
In Ladli Behna Yojana, an amount of Rs 1250 will be directly debited in the accounts of Ladli sisters by the Madhya Pradesh government. The 20th installment will be released by CM Mohan Yadav today i.e. on 12 January 2025 from a place called Kala Peepal in Shajapur, in which women from poor and middle class families will be given its benefit.
Money for two more schemes has been sent to the accounts
Along with the amount of Ladli Behna Yojana in Madhya Pradesh, Rs 355 crore of social security pension will also be transferred. Along with this, Rs 27 crore for gas refilling will also be given to the accounts of 27 lakh sisters. Let us tell you that under the Ladli Behna Yojana, an amount of Rs 1553 crore has been allocated for 1.27 crore sisters.
Who will get the benefit of Ladli Behna Yojana
The benefit of this scheme will be given to unmarried women living in Madhya Pradesh and those who are less than 60 years of age will be given its benefit, along with this, the annual income of the woman’s family should be less than two and a half lakh rupees and no family member should be in a government post, only then Ladli sisters will get the benefit of this scheme.
How to apply
To apply in Ladli Behna Yojana, one can apply online by visiting its official website, for which one can download the application form by filling in all the information in it and then submit it by visiting the nearest Gram Panchayat ward, office or Anganwadi center. After this, the application form will be checked by the concerned in-charge and you will be given the benefit of the scheme.
