KTM has launched two new color options for its RC 160 in the Indian Market. With these fresh shades, the Bike now looks even more attractive and sporty. the best part is that despite the addition of new colors, there has been no increase in the price. it continues to be available at its existing price, making it a value for money option for buyers. In India, the RC 160 directly competes with the popular Yamaha motor company R15 V4. Here’s detailed look at the new colors and key features of the RC 160.
At the time of launch the KTM RC 160 was available only in a single Black color option. now the company has introduced two new attractive shades to give buyers more choices . the first is electronic orange matter, which is KTMs signature color. it features an orange base with the black graphics and black alloy wheels, while the frame is finished in bright orange. the second option is ceramic white matter, offering a clean and fresh look. This variant comes with a white base, black and orange graphics, orange wheels and a black colored frame for a sporty contrast.
Price and Availability
The introduction of new color options has not led to any change in the price of the KTM RC 160. The motorcycle continues to be avialble at its existing Ex-showroom price of Rs.1.85 lakh. the new color variants have already started arriving at dealerships, making them available for the customers across the country.
Engine and Performance Features
The KTM RC 160 is powered by a new and strong engine. It gets a 164.2cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 18.73 bhp or power and 15.5 nm of torque the bike comes with a 6-speed gearbox and also features a slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts and better riding control.
KTM Has equipped this bike with several impressive features. it comes with a large 320mm front disc brake along with dual-channel ABS for better safety. The motorcycle also offers supermoto mode, which allows riders to switch off the rear ABS for a more dynamic riding experience. At the front, it gets premium 3mm USD forks for improved the suspension performance. The bike uses full LED lighting, giving t a sharp and modern look. It also features an LCD instrument cluster, with the Bluetooth and navigation support, along with the slipper clutch and clip-on handlebars. However, it does not currently offer a TFT Display o a quick shifter option.
