KTM Indian has launched a new high-tech variant of its most affordable bike, the 160 DUKE, in the Indian market. The company has upgraded this entry-level performance motorcycle, which was first launched in August 2025, to make it smarter and more advanced. The new variant comes with the several modern features, due to which the price has been slightly increased. According to a Report, the New TFT variant is prices at Rs. 1.78 Lakh ex showroom. At the same time, the existing base variant will continue to be available at Rs. 1.70 Lakh Ex-showroom.

The biggest highlight of the update in this bike is its instrument cluster. KTM Has now added a premium 5-inch color TFT Display, inspired by its bigger sibling, the GEN-3 KTM 390 Duke. The bonded glass display offers the better visibility and gives the bike a more premium look. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to connect their smartphones easily. With this, users get access to smart features such as turn-by-turn navigation, music control and call alerts. To operate these functions smoothly, the bike is equipped with a new four-way switchgear and updates menu buttons, making the overall riding experience more convenient and modern.

Mechanically, no changes have been made to the KTM 160 Duke. The bike continues to be powered by the same 164cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine as before. this engine produces 19 hp of power at 9,500 rpm and delivers a peak torque of 15 Nm at 7,500 rpm. With these figures, the KTM 160 Duke remains one of the most powerful motorcycles in its segment.
