The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is the first device to commercially feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor. It’s a customized version of the high-end Dimensity 9500 series chip, with one GPU core reduced to control power consumption and heat dissipation. The hardware configuration includes LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 internal storage.
In addition, to maintain stable performance over long periods, the device features an 8K-sized “Ice Dome” vapor chamber for cooling. It also features a dedicated Q2 graphics processor, which improves image quality in games up to 2K resolution.
