UPI Payment: Currently, many people use UPI for payment and prefer to make digital payments. India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also talks about promoting digital transactions. For the past several days, users were facing problems while making payments through upi, regarding which the user has also lodged a complaint with NPCI.

NPCI has given the reason for the problem in UPI Payment and has given information about it on the social media platform X and said that nowadays users are facing problems like transaction failure, delayed refund and app crashing. After this, users complained on social media, out of which the most complaints are regarding fund transfer. Along with this, users have also lodged complaints about problems like payment and app crashing. Many users are also facing problems in checking account balance and mobile banking.

NPCI said that users are facing UPI payment issues due to outage, some banks are facing payment issues due to fluctuations in the success rate of UPI, efforts are being made to fix this, after which UPI has started working properly.

  • In case of any problem in UPI payment, go to the official website of NPCI.
  • There select the option of What we do and click on UPI.
  • After this, click on the option of Dispute Redressal Mechanism where you have to go to the option of complaint and click on transaction.
  • After this, select the problems related to your transaction.
  • After this, enter your required information, to contact NPCI, you can also register your complaint by calling its toll free number 18120 1740.
  • To register a complaint, you must have your transaction ID, date, bank name, transaction amount, email ID, UPI ID.
