  • ⁠1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • ⁠Fresh cilantro chopped
  • ⁠ 1-2 tbsp oil or butter

Cooking Method

First, take a non-stick pan and add one teaspoon of ghee. Alternatively, you can use butter as well. Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds to the pan.

Next, add the chopped onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown.

Then, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes.

After that, add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies, and cook them together.

Now, add all the spices and mix them well. In this, you need to add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
