Auto Companies reported strong car sales in December 2025. Maruti Suzuki led the market with a big rise in sales. The company sold 2,17,854 vehicles in December, which is 22.21% more than last year. In December 2024, Maruti had sold 1,78,248 cars. Hyundai motor India also showed good growth. It sold a total of 58,702 vehicles in December 2025, up by 6.6% compared to the same month last year. Tata Motors passenger vehicles recorded strong growth in December 2025. the company sold 50,519 vehicles during the month, which is 14.1% higher than the 44,289 units sold in December 2024. tata Motors also saw a sharp rise in electric vehicles sales. Its EV Sales increased by 24.2% to 6,906 units in December 2025, compared to 5,562 units in the same month last year. the company further said that in the third quarter of FY 2025-26, its total sales in both domestic and international markets stood at 1,71,013 units, up from 1,39,829 units in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
Mahindra and Mahindra Sales in December 2025
Mahindra & Mahindra limited posted strong growth in December 2025. the company sold a total of 86,090 vehicles, including the exports, which is 25% higher than sales in December 2024. Domestic passenger vehicles sales also showed solid improvements. they rose by 23% to 50,946 units, compared to 41,424 units sold in the same month last year. Toyota and Kia sales in December 2025
Toyota Kirlosaker motor reported strong growth in December 2025. The company’s total sales rose by 33% to 39,333 units, compared to 29,529 units in December 2024. Toyota said its domestic sales stood at 34,157 units last month, which is 37% higher than the 24,887 units sold in the same month last year. Kia India also delivered an impressive performance. its sales more than doubled to 18,659 units in December 2024. These number show rising demand for both brands in the Indian car market.
