- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
- 1/2 bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
Salt to taste - Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Cooking Method

First, to make the paneer bhurji, you need to take the paneer and cut it into small pieces. Keep these pieces aside.
Now, cook the vegetables. To do this, heat olive oil or ghee in a pan. Once the oil or ghee is hot, add a pinch of cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida. Then, add the chopped onions and tomatoes and cook them until they turn golden brown.
Once the onions and tomatoes are golden brown, you need to add all the spices. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
