Hero New Electric Scooter: Hero is preparing to launch two new electric scooters very soon which will be launched under the Vida brand. It already has two electric scooters in India but Vida1 and Vida2 have lagged far behind other EVs in terms of sales. While Vida1 is available at a price of Rs 94,900, Vida2 is available at a price of Rs 1,35,000.
Now Hero MotoCorp will soon launch the Hero New Electric Scooter in July 2025, information about which was given during the company’s latest earnings call, this electric scooter will be the most affordable model in the Vida lineup which will be offered with great features.

Hero New Electric Scooter will be introduced with great features, this new electric scooter will come among the people with a very affordable price and attractive features, which is being built on the ACPD platform. It will also be kept very affordable in terms of price so that it can be accessible to the common people, and it will be available at the price of petrol scooters. Hero MotoCorp aims to increase the sales of its electric vehicles as it is currently far behind in terms of sales from electric vehicle scooters like Ola, TVS and Bajaj in the market.

Vida1 and Vida2
Hero New Electric Scooter will be launched very soon, but many of its models are already available in India, in which Vida1 is an electric scooter of Hero Honda, which you will get in two variants – Vida V1 Plus and Vida V1 Pro. In which Vida V1 Plus gives an IDC range of 165 km while Vida V1 Pro gives an IDC range of 143 km.
Talking about the battery, it is being given a 3.94 kwh battery and a 6 kilowatt motor, it can be charged from 0-80% in 5 hours 55 minutes, many smart features have been given in it, which has many great and smart features like digital document storage, 7-inch full color TFT screen, find my device and dew button.
Vida2, this electric scooter from Hero has been introduced with great features. It has many great features like 7-inch TFT display, digital speedometer, odometer, etc. Apart from this, it has a removable battery which you can remove and charge. It is available in three variants, Vida V2 Lite, Vida V2 Plus, and Vida V2 Pro. Apart from this, it gives a maximum power of 6 kilowatts and a torque of 25 Newtons. It will be available with two or 2.02 kwh battery capacity which gives a range of up to 94 kilometers. Its price ranges from Rs.96,000 to Rs.1,35,000.
