Full Recipe

First, we will wash the paneer and then grate it, just like cheese. Next, to this paneer, we will add everyday spices such as red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric.
Along with this, we will also add chat masala, which will enhance the taste several times over. After that, we will add some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Now, we will fry this mixture in hot oil, just like making scrambled eggs (bhurji). Once it’s cooked, we will let it cool down while we prepare the dough (gunda hua atta). To the dough, we will add ajwain, salt, and kasuri methi.
Afterward, we will add the paneer bhurji to the dough, shape it into a paratha, and fry it. Now, our hot, delicious, protein-packed paratha is ready.
You can serve it comfortably and enjoy it. You can also try it with any chutney or sauce of your choice. While keeping both health and taste in mind, read more of our recipes in our articles.
