Beetroot Ingredients
- Beetroots
- Onion
- Peas
- Green chili
- Coriander leaves
- Chopped ginger
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander powder
- Red chili powder
- Salt
- Gram flour (Besan)
- Oil
Method of cooking
First, to make beetroot kebabs, you need to boil the beetroots and peas.
Once both are boiled properly, mash them well.
Now add chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, and you can also add other vegetables if you want.
Now add gram flour (Besan) to this mixture. After this, add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture.
Now take a small portion and shape it into a kebab.
Now take a pan and heat some oil over low heat. Fry the prepared beetroot kebabs on both sides until they are crispy and golden brown.
