When the ropeway wire broke, the ropeway was at a very high altitude due to which the people riding the ropeway died on the spot. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police and rescue team reached the spot where the rescue operation was started.

Police and rescue team reached the spot

The reasons for this accident are being investigated. The police administration has assured all possible help to the families of the deceased and orders have been given to investigate the accident, in this accident two liftmen, two laborers and two other people died on the spot.
