Where she said that, from now on, this benefit of free travel in buses in delhi will be limited. She said, the benefit will only be available to those women’s who live in delhi only. According to the report, the aim of this new rule is to help the Delhi’s women travel easily and safely within the city without spending money on the buses fares.
As per the reports, while inaugurating the new automatic testing station at Nand Nagri depot, CM Rekha Gupta also shared that the current system of the giving “Pink Pass” for the rides will soon be replaced with the new Pink Pass. This change Is meant to make the process more organized and ensure that only eligible women get the benefit. The government wants to make public transport more convenient and safe for the women in Delhi. This new rule is a great step in this direction. According to the reports, the system is expected to start very soon.

DTC faced huge Loss

According to the information, Rs.65,000 crore loss faced by the Delhi Transport Corporation. CM Rekha Gupta also added that Delhi Government, is also working upon how we can improve the travel routes for the passengers, so that they can get the faster and comfortable services. Where she said, that government is working with the IIT Experts too, for this plan. According to the reports the to strengthen the Bus travel system is National Capital Delhi Modern Technology is being used. While opening the new automatic testing station, she also explained that it will make checking and maintaining buses quicker and easier.
New Application for the Blood Donation
CM Rekha Gupta announced a new initiative for the health sector, where she said that the delhi Government will soon be launching a new application or mobile app for the voluntary blood donors. According to the information, the app will include details of the people who are willing to donate the blood. This will include the blood group of the individual, the last he or she donated and also if they are able to donate the blood again after three months or not. All the information will be there regarding the blood donation. As per the reports, the contact detail of the person who is willing to donate the blood will be provided. This app will help all the people to connect the donor easily and quickly. The aim of the government for the app is to make the blood donation more organized and accessible at the time of need and emergency.
