First, take a pan and heat a little oil in it. After the oil becomes hot, then add finely chopped garlic, green chillies, onions, tomatoes and if you want to add any other vegetables then cut them and add them. You can also add carrots, leaves, capsicum and fry them well.
Now after this, mix the boiled noodles with these vegetables well. After this, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and a little vinegar in it and cook it well.
