How to make Veg Chowmein
Boil water in a pot, add the noodles and boil for 3-4 minutes until soft. Then drain and rinse with cold water so that the noodles don’t stick together.
Now heat oil in a wok or pan, then add garlic and sauté lightly, then add onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Now add all the vegetables like carrots, capsicum, French beans, and cabbage. Now, sauté all the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they turn light brown and remain slightly crisp. You need to fry the vegetables for this long.
Next, add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well. After cooking for 10 minutes, add the boiled noodles to the pan. Gently mix the noodles with the vegetables and sauce. Cook for one or two minutes over low heat, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors of the spices.
Finally, garnish with spring onions and fresh coriander leaves. Your hot and delicious vegetable chow mein is now ready. You can serve it with sauce and green chili chutney.
