You must have had besan chilla or bread for breakfast, but you probably haven’t tried Atta Chilla. So today, in this article, we are going to tell you the recipe for making a healthy and tasty Atta Chilla for breakfast.

Atta Chilla Ingredients
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Green chili
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Onion
- Boiled potatoes
- Chaat masala
Method of Preparation (Step by Step)
To make Atta Chilla, first, take the wheat flour and add all the chopped vegetables like cucumber, carrot, green chili, onion, tomato, and boiled potatoes to it.
Now add all the spices like turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and coriander powder, and mix it with a little water. Also, add yogurt to it, and if you want, you can add Eno (fruit salt) to make it fluffy (this is optional).
Now heat a pan and add a little oil. Now pour the batter you have prepared directly into the pan in a round shape. Then cook it well on both sides until it turns light brown. Once it’s cooked on both sides, take it out onto a plate. Serve it with your favorite chutney. Tips
Keep the batter you’re making quite thick so that it doesn’t stick to the pan and cooks properly.
If you’re making this for children, it’s both tasty and healthy for them. Use less chili powder. You can pack it in your child’s lunchbox.
