Uttar Pradesh Chief Miniser Yogi Adtyanath Attended a state level workshiop in Lucknow today. the theme of the workshop was self-reliant india pledge for swadeshi. while addressing the program cm yogi emphasized the importance of using the swadeshi products. he also said that before the attacks by the foreign invaders, the Hindu populations was nealy 60 crore, but by the time of india’s independence ,, it had reduced time 30 crore. according to him, insead of increasing, the population has actually declined due to the foreign invasions;. stressing prime minister narendra modi’s call for swadeshi, the chief minister said that every products made by indian workers should be promotes.he also urged people to adoptswadeshi in their daily lies as it not only strengthens the nation’s economy but also supports the local labor and industry.
What CM Yogi Adityanath Said?
During the Event, Uttar pradesh chief minister yogi adityanath highlighted the historical impact of foreign invasions on India. he also said that when islam first invaded india, and even until the year of 1100, the hindu population was nearly 60 crore. however, by the time country gained independence in 1947, the hindu population had fallen to only 30 crore. He also questioned whether the population should have increased or decreased in those 800-900 years. the chief minister explained that not only did the population also went down. according to him, the reduction was not only due to the killings by invaders but also because of the hunger, disease and suffering faced by the people under the foreign rule. He added that this is what slavery under foreign powers looks like.
Chief Minister Yogi adityanath further said that India has also suffered from oppressin and exploitation under te foreign rule. He also pointed out that the country had everything resources, prosperity and knowledge. But divisions were created among the people on the basis of caste, region and language. according to him, these divisons weakened the nation and allowed exploitation to continue. CM Yogi remarked that even today, some groups still work with the same foreign mentality. they continue to divide the society, spread the conflicts and try to create obstacles in every effort to promote the swadeshi movement. he warned that such groups will always raise the questions and attempt to weaken the campaign for self-reliance.
