Method of Making Dal Samosa ( Full Recipe)

First of all, you have to knead the dough for the samosa. For this, take maida in a large bowl. Now in this flour, add ajwain, salt, and oil and knead it into a tight dough. Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Now we have to make the moong dal mixture that will be filled inside the samosa. For this, take a pan and heat oil in it. Then add fennel seeds, ginger, and green chili and fry them. After that, add moong dal in the same oil and cook it well until it turns golden brown.
Then add all the spices to it. Add chaat masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and keep stirring it well in the pan. Now keep this mixture aside to cool for a while.
Now it’s time to make the samosas. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a circular shape to form the samosa. Once you shape it like a samosa, fill the dal mixture that you prepared into it. Make all the samosas in the same way.
After this, take a deep pan and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot, fry all the prepared samosas on low flame. Fry them in oil until they become golden brown and crispy.
Now your samosas are completely ready. Serve them hot with sauce or chutney and enjoy this Diwali.
