Paneer Bhurji (Ingredients)
- Paneer
- Onion
- Tomato
- Green chili
- Bell pepper
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Oil or butter
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder

How to make Paneer Bhurji
- First, crumble the paneer lightly with your hands or using a grater and set it aside.
- Place a pan on the gas stove and heat the butter or oil in it.
- Once the oil is hot, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until lightly golden brown.
- Now add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and sauté for 1 minute until the raw smell disappears.
- After this, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes soften and release oil.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt and mix well.
- Then add the bell pepper and peas and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
