From November 15 to February 15, the working hours of Delhi Government and MCD employees will change. Change in Delhi’s Government Offices Timings
At present, employees in Delhi government offices work from 9:30 to 6:00 PM, while those in Muncipal corporation of Delhi MCD offices work from 9:00 AM to 5:30PM. According to the official statement, there is only a 30-minute gap between the two office schedule, which leads to heavy traffic congestion during both morning and evening rush hours, this frequent traffic buildup increases the level of air pollution in the city.
