What did Kejriwal write in the letter?
Before Delhi Elections 2025, Arvind Kejriwal wrote a letter to PM Modi. In his letter, he wrote, “I am writing this letter to draw attention to an important matter related to the school and college students of Delhi. The students of Delhi mostly depend on the metro to go to school and college, so to reduce the financial burden on the students.
I propose to give a concession of 50%. He further said that Delhi Metro has an equal share between the Delhi Government and the Central Government, so this expenditure should be borne equally by the Delhi Government and the Central Government. He also said that we are making a new plan to make bus travel completely free for the students.”
