During this, he stated that Kejriwal had violated the dignity of Lord Shri Sitaram by giving a wrong account of the Ram Katha on Monday. As a result, he prayed for an apology and decided to observe a symbolic fast.

BJP Accuses Kejriwal of Hurting Hindus’ Sentiments
Sachdeva said, “Kejriwal, a so-called Hindu politician, mentions the names of gods during election rallies. However, due to his lack of knowledge, he misrepresents the Katha and disrespects the sanctity of the gods and hurts Hindus’ sentiments.”

He further added, “Hindus can never forget how, between 2015 and 2023, Kejriwal repeatedly told stories of his grandmother and great-grandmother in election rallies, expressing sorrow over the demolition of the Babri structure and opposing the construction of temples. Along with his anti-temple narrative, he used to suggest turning temple sites into hospitals. Kejriwal should stop playing with the sentiments of Hindus.”

During this, MP Yogendra Chandolia, Media Incharge Praveen Shankar Kapoor, and BJP leader Vikram Mittal also visited Shri Ram Darbar and offered prayers for forgiveness along with Sachdeva.

Politics has intensified over AAP’s announcement to provide flats to the poor and sanitation workers. Earlier, on Monday, after Arvind Kejriwal’s promise to provide housing for sanitation workers, the BJP attacked AAP, calling it a false announcement.
Virender Sachdeva stated, “Even after becoming Chief Minister three times, Kejriwal did not focus on allocating flats built by the central government to the poor and is now making false promises of giving new flats to sanitation workers and other poor people.”
