Ayushman Arogya Mandir: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta has taken many big decisions as soon as she assumed the post of Delhi CM. Now giving a new gift to the state, she is going to inaugurate 33 Ayushman Arogya Mandir in Delhi. Out of which she will inaugurate 1 personally and the rest of the Arogya Mandirs will be inaugurated virtually.
This scheme will be started at a cost of 2406 crores in which 1109 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs will be developed. This service will be started from Saturday 14 June in which 33 Arogya Mandirs will be inaugurated.
What is Ayushman Arogya Mandir Yojana?
This scheme is run for those people who have low income, free health care and health insurance coverage is provided to those people so that those who are unable to get their treatment done can get their treatment done for free, apart from this, people who have low income are also given health insurance cover of up to ₹ 7,00,000.
Objective of Ayushman Arogya Mandir
The objective of Ayushman Arogya Mandir scheme is to provide primary health facilities to low-income people so that they can be taken care of properly. People who belong to the poor and weaker sections can get quality health facilities. The objective of this scheme is to bring health services closer to the community and make them more accessible to them so that their lifestyle becomes healthy and health awareness is promoted.
Apart from this, maternal and health care can be taken. This scheme also provides health insurance coverage to the elderly and the poor and provides medicines for free and at affordable rates. This scheme strengthens the healthcare system.
33 Ayushman Arogya Mandir will be inaugurated
Delhi CM Rekha Gupta will officially launch 33 Ayushman Arogya Mandir today, after which this service will start for the citizens. She will inaugurate one of these Arogya Mandirs herself and the rest will be inaugurated virtually. Under this scheme, 63 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs will be developed and the already existing Mohalla Clinics will be developed as Ayushman Arogya Mandir.
Mohalla clinics will provide more facilities
Delhi CM Rekha Gupta has said that Ayushman Arogya Mandir scheme will provide more facilities than the already running Mohalla clinics scheme. It will have developed clinics and dispensaries, in which the patient’s diseases will be examined, treated and screened for prevention of those diseases and efforts will be made to make people aware of this by running various types of awareness campaigns.
