- Chili powder
- Dry mango powder

Complete Method of Preparation

First of all, let us tell you that to make this recipe, you need to take thick green chilies and wash them thoroughly. After washing, make a long slit in the chili peppers with a knife. This slit is necessary because you will be filling them with a spicy potato stuffing.
Next, take a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes in it.
Now add all the spices to the mashed potatoes. Mix in turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and chaat masala thoroughly.
Now, fill this stuffing into the thick green chili peppers. Fill all the chili peppers with the stuffing.
Now take another bowl and add gram flour (besan) to it. Add salt, a pinch of turmeric, and a little carom seeds (ajwain) to the gram flour. Add water and make a thick batter. You can also mix in some baking soda; this is optional.
Now take a pan and add oil to it. Dip the stuffed green chili peppers in the gram flour batter, making sure the batter coats the chili peppers well.
Now, put these chili peppers into the hot oil. Once the chili vada becomes crispy while frying, take them out onto a plate and sprinkle chaat masala on top. Your chili vada is now ready. Serve it with green chutney.
