So, let’s make this delicious and irresistible samosa chaat that will make everyone say “yum” after tasting it:
Making this dish won’t take much of your time. First, you will need one cup of boiled black chickpeas or white peas. You will also need half a cup of thick yogurt, 2 tablespoons of green chutney (made from mint), and 2 tablespoons of sweet tamarind chutney. Now, finely chop one onion and one small tomato and mix them in a bowl. Add half a cup of sev (fried noodles), one spoon of finely chopped coriander, and half a small spoon of roasted cumin powder. Finally, add salt and chili powder according to your taste.

Once everything is ready, if your samosas have cooled down, you can heat them lightly on a stove. Then, gently break the samosas on a plate and top them with the boiled chickpeas.
Add green chutney, sweet chutney, and sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes as per your taste. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and sev over the top. Finish it off with coriander leaves and, for extra flavor, squeeze some lemon juice on top to make the dish even more delicious.
