Complaint filed against Abhijeet Dipke in Delhi, demand for action on allegations of assault
A man has filed a written complaint with the police in Delhi against CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke, demanding his immediate arrest. The complainant alleged that he was attacked by people associated with Deepak and two cases are already registered in this regard. The complaint has been lodged at the concerned DCP office of Delhi Police.
The complainant claimed that he was attacked in Pune and Aurangabad. He says he has evidence to support his allegations. On this basis, he has demanded Delhi Police to take immediate action in the matter and arrest Abhijeet Dipke.
The complainant in his statement also mentioned some recent actions of the Delhi Police and the Delhi Government. However, there was no immediate official response from the concerned party on these claims. Police action is awaited in the matter.

RTI activist also raised financial questions
Earlier, Surat RTI activist Amit Tiwari had demanded an investigation into the income and financial status of Abhijeet Dipke’s father, Bhagwanrao Dipke. He had raised the question as to how the expenses of higher education abroad were met from the salary of a junior engineer.
The RTI activist had also sent a letter to the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) in this regard, seeking an investigation into the legal status of CJP and the tax liability of the Rs 1 crore fund allegedly declared to the party.
At present, both the complaint and the demand for financial investigation are before the concerned agencies. In these cases, the final conclusion or official decision from the investigating agencies or the concerned parties is yet to come.

What allegations did the complainant make?
The complainant, in his written complaint to the Delhi Police, has alleged that he was attacked by people associated with CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke. He claims that these incidents took place in Pune and Aurangabad and police cases have already been registered in these matters. He said that he has sufficient evidence to support his allegations and on the basis of this he has demanded immediate action from Delhi Police.
The complainant also said that he has submitted the entire incident in writing to the concerned police officers. He says that the case should be investigated impartially and action should be taken against the culprits as per the law. He also reiterated his demand for the arrest of Abhijit Dipke.
