Recently, BSP Party’s Chief Mayawati has spoken out on the recent violence that happened in Nagpur, Maharashtra.Where she urged to the government to take the responsibility especially the miscreants involved in the Nagpur Incident. In her statement she said, that damaging or breaking the graves of Aurangzeb can lead to intense conflict and dispute. also, it is very wrong as it may disturb the peace of the society. Mayawati also, said that if such situation are not controlled it may turn out as the worsen situation. She also emphasized the need to maintain the communal harmony and prevent any actions that could create more tensions in the society. her statement came out after the vandalism that sparked unrest in the region. She shared her views how the situation can turn out the worst situation. Mayawati also called for immediate intervention to restore the peace and ensure such situation may not happen again. as this could lead to disharmony in the public and it may also disturb the peace of the society.
Violence Erupts in Nagpur Region after a rumor spread during a protest demanding the removal of Aurangzeb’s tomb. Rioters targeted several shops and houses, leading to clashes. According to the details, during the stone pelting three policemen, including nine people were injured. To control the situation in nagpur region, police used the tear gas and lathi charge to disperse the crowd. According to the official notification, curfew has been imposed in several parts of nagpur under section 163 of the BNSS due to rising tensions.
As per the recent reports, the restrictions will remain in place until the further notification comes out. till then the restrictions will remain in place as well as curfew enforced in multiple police station areas. On this situation, mayawati shared her thought, that government should take care of the situation, so that it may not happen again.
