BMW Group India has announced a price increase of up to 2% on all its vehicles from July 1. The price hike will apply to all BMW and Mini models sold in India. The company made the announcement on Monday, saying that the revised prices will affect both locally manufactured vehicles and fully imported (CBU) models. BMW Group India stated that the increase will be implemented across its entire product range. Customers planning to buy a BMW or Mini car may have to pay higher prices after July 1, as the new rates will come into effect from that date.

BMW Group India President and CEO Hardeep Singh Brar said that the company has decided to increase prices by up to 2% across its vehicle range from July 1. He explained that the decision was taken due to ongoing economic challenges, especially the weakening of the Indian rupee and rising logistics costs. According to Brar, the price revision is necessary to maintain the premium standards and quality that BMW customers expect. The increase will apply to the company’s entire lineup, including BMW and Mini vehicles, as the automaker works to manage higher operating and import-related expenses.

Luxury vehicles of BMW
BMW offers a wide range of luxury vehicles in India, with prices varying significantly across models. The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is currently the most affordable car in the company’s lineup, carrying an ex-showroom price of ₹45.80 lakh in Delhi. At the other end of the spectrum is the BMW XM, which is the brand’s most expensive model available in the country. The BMW XM is priced at ₹2.54 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). These prices highlight the broad range of options available to customers, from entry-level luxury sedans to high-performance premium SUVs.
BMW Groups India and its Five Models
Under the Mini brand, BMW Group India currently sells five models in the country: the Mini Cooper, Mini Cooper S Convertible, Mini Countryman, Mini Cooper SE, and Mini Countryman Electric. The Mini Cooper is the most affordable model in the lineup, with an ex-showroom price of ₹44.45 lakh in Delhi. The Mini Countryman is the most expensive Mini vehicle available, priced at ₹66.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company is also preparing to expand its portfolio with the launch of the new Mini Countryman C, which is expected to join the Indian market in the near future.
