According to the reports, an attack was reported last year on september 10 in chandigarh. In sector 10 of chandigarh, hand grenade used in the blast was a pakistan-made HG-84 grenade. the national investigation agency has filed the chargesheet in a special court for this attack. The NIA has named two key accused in the case: terrorist harvinder singh rinda who is from pakistan and the other one is gangster turned terrorist happy pasiya who operates from the usa. As per the investigation, report suggest that the attack was carried out on their instructions.
Attack by Pakistani Grenade

National Investigation Agency is investigating the exact route and network involved in transporting the weapon. this attack has raised concerns over cross-border terrorism and the use of drones to smuggle weapons into india. the court has scheduled the next hearing in the case for april 15.
Punjab police has claimed that the grenade attack in chandigarh’s sector 10 was planned by pakistan-based terrorist harvincder singh rinda and happy pasiya who is us based. the police had arrested a key accused in the case. According to the reports, rinda has the backing of pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.
