Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made employment the main issue in the assembly elections. He said that if his government is formed, the next 5 years will be focused on creating jobs, and they will try to provide jobs to the youth.
Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has decided to raise the issue of employment strongly in the assembly elections. In this regard, he said today that if his government is formed, the next 5 years will be focused entirely on employment. Kejriwal said, “I am campaigning door-to-door across Delhi. In the last 10 years, we have tried to solve the people’s problems in areas like education, health, electricity, water, and roads. But one thing that deeply troubles me is that our children, after getting an education, are sitting at home and looking for jobs.” It is also worth mentioning that on Wednesday, he held a press conference in which he raised issues concerning the middle class.
“Eradicating unemployment is the top priority.” Kejriwal said that due to unemployment, some children often fall into bad company, and when they do, they end up in criminal activities. He added, “It becomes difficult to bring them back. The majority of families are suffering and distressed because of unemployment.” He stated, “I have decided that work will continue in this area and others over the next 5 years. My top priority in the next 5 years will be to eliminate unemployment from Delhi and provide employment opportunities for our children. My team is working on a detailed plan to ensure jobs for the youth.”
“I have assigned my team the task,” Kejriwal said. “We have a very good team. In our team, we have Atishi, Manish Sisodia, Gopal Rai, Jasmine, Raghav Chadha, Sanjay Singh, Satyendar Jain, and many others. I have assigned all of them the task of working on how to eliminate unemployment from Delhi, and we are preparing a complete plan. Through efforts made by the Delhi government, we have arranged employment for 12 lakh children. In Punjab, our government has provided government jobs to more than 48,000 children and arranged employment for over 3 lakh children in just two years. To eliminate unemployment from Delhi, we need your blessings.”
While discussing unemployment, Arvind Kejriwal also talked about Delhi and Punjab, explaining how he has significantly reduced unemployment in Punjab. He mentioned that now, he is focusing on reducing unemployment in Delhi as well, with the aim of providing employment to as many children as possible in Delhi over the next 5 years and making them successful. While speaking to the public, he sought their blessings. He also discussed his team, mentioning that the large team of the Aam Aadmi Party is working hard to reduce the level of unemployment and is making plans to tackle the issue.
