A terrorist attack has occurred again in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The attackers targeted a paramilitary vehicle in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Five people, including four soldiers, were killed in the attack. The police provided this information. The incident took place in Dera Ismail Khan district, near the border of South Waziristan.

The attack was carried out in an ambush. According to the police, soldiers from the paramilitary force ‘Karejat Levy’, along with a private driver, were on their way to recover a stolen truck in the Darban Tehsil of the district. They were ambushed during this mission. Four soldiers and one civilian were killed in the attack.

Counter-terrorism operation continues

It is important to note that a large-scale counter-terrorism operation is underway in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan to eliminate terrorists. On Saturday, law enforcement agencies killed 23 terrorists in separate operations in Balochistan.

‘We will eliminate terrorists’

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s army chief General Asim Munir stated that those targeting the country and carrying out terrorist activities on the orders of foreign masters will be eliminated. Munir visited Quetta on Saturday after 18 soldiers were killed in clashes with militants in Balochistan’s Kalat district. In this conflict, 23 terrorists were also killed.
